The Chef's Table
The Chef's Table is the option for a group of four to six guests to watch the kitchen at work.
Seated around a volcanic rock table in an airy glass box in the kitchen itself, this is an opportunity to enjoy a piece of culinary theatre play out as the team is at full tilt, where tasting menu is served by both, front of house and the chefs who are busy in the heart of all the action.

The Demi Salle
The Demi Salle is a semi-private dining option, an intimate atmospheric space tucked into a former cellar of one of the dining rooms, with leather banquettes around a hand-carved Irish elm table by David Coyne that seats up to six.
